What We Do

One of One Experience is a private fine dining and wine service in Tuscany, Italy. A certified AIS Sommelier and professional chefs travel to your villa to prepare and serve a multi-course dinner with curated wine pairings. The team handles everything: setup, cooking, wine service, and cleanup. Guests enjoy restaurant-quality dining in the privacy of their own villa.

Menu Paths

Guests choose one of three paths for their dinner:

The Land

Handmade fresh pasta with Tuscan meat ragù, locally raised meats grilled or roasted, slow-cooked roasts rooted in local heritage.

The Coast

Seafood pasta inspired by Tuscan coastal tradition, local catch of the day, shellfish and crustaceans from the Tyrrhenian Sea.

The Garden

Seasonal vegetables from the Tuscan countryside, local cheeses from small producers, legumes, ancient grains and pasta from local flours.

Optional Add-Ons

The One of One Aperitivo — EUR 40 per person

Welcome upon guests' arrival around 6:00 PM with Tuscan sparkling wines chosen by the Sommelier and charcuterie boards with local products.

The One of One Cooking Class — EUR 80 per person

Hands-on preparation guided by the chef, focused on a key dish from the evening's menu. Dish agreed in advance, shaped by seasonality.

The Team

• Giosuè Fazzi — Founder and AIS Sommelier. Directs the entire experience: wine selection, evening atmosphere, every detail.
• Massimo Tessieri — Executive Chef with over thirty years of experience in fine dining.
• Andrea Bianchi — Sous Chef, works alongside the Head Chef in menu design and execution.

How It Works

1. The team arrives with discretion and sets up kitchen, service and table with precision.
2. Dinner is prepared directly in your villa. The Sommelier takes care of wine service, timing and temperatures.
3. The team leaves the villa untouched, without a trace. What remains is the experience.
